Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You have 14 days to return your order.

14-day cooling-off

You have 14 days after receipt to decide if you want to keep the product.

Quick refunds

After receiving your return, you'll get your money back within 14 days.

Original packaging

Please return the product in its original packaging if possible.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense (approximately €7.25 per package).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

Exclusions from Returns

Some products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons:

  • Underwear - cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Adult toys - when the seal has been broken (unless defective)
  • Health and personal care products - when the seal has been broken
  • Downloadable products - digital software and content

How to Return?

  1. Report your return - Send an email to support@intimico.nl with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the product - Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging.
  3. Send the package - Send the package to:

  4. Keep your proof of shipping - Preferably use a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited via the same payment method you used.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the same item, please contact us at support@intimico.nl.
